Getting Tired. End of the Phytoplankton.

Less enthusiastic.  Attempting to be positive.

Phylum Diatoms:
-Chrysophyta - golden brown algae
-fresh and salt water
-covered by shells of silica that fit together
-much of the worlds petroleum may be stored of diatoms

Phylum Dinoflagellates:
-Pyrrophyta
-surrounded
-two flagella
-photosynthetic
-phosphorescent
-responsible for "red tides"
-hold toxins and therefore, overpopulation can leave water smelling and tasting bad
